We are a team of technology enthusiasts using Scrum to build software for a non-profit organization to help recruit and train teachers for high-need schools. We are searching for a well-rounded, passionate C#/.Net developer to help us get our features completed.
Some of the specific skills that we are looking for are:
* Strong C# coding skills, and strong ASP.Net experience (minimum 3.5)
* Experience with .NET 4.0, Workflow Foundation 4, Windows Communication Foundation (strongly preferred)
* Fluency with design and enterprise patterns, specifically best practices for implementation of a domain model architecture
* Experience or enthusiasm for using object-relational mapping technologies such as nHibernate
* Strong team-oriented personality to work in an Agile/Scrum, feature-driven development environment
* Very strong communication skills
* Enthusiasm for test-driven development and competence in unit testing
